Description
The RESEARCH ASSISTANT is an entry or mid-level research position focused on mastering the investment research and trade implementation process of The Ellerson Group. The RESEARCH ASSISTANT is pursuing a career in investment research and gaining research skills in the role or has developed these skills. This individual works closely with our research team members to provide support in the analysis and decision-making process for mutual fund and ETF investments.

Here are a few of our must haves:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in the areas of finance, accounting, economics and/or related field
New college graduates to several years of experience in a professional work environment, preferably in accounting or financial services
Passion for the investment research process
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM software.
You will be process oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
You always maintain a client first attitude.
You will exude excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
You are a team player, you enjoy collaboration and helping others, but you can also work independently on project work.
